  • 1.School bus,What problems need to be solved?

    2.Frequent school bus accidents:

    Since 2010, there have been 47 school bus accidents in China, and the year with the largest number of accidents is 2011, with a total of 14 accidents. 47 accidents caused a large number of casualties, the death toll is nearly 200, most of them are young children. On November 16, 2011, a school bus accident occurred at the entrance of the West Street of yulinzi Town, Zhengning County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province. The school bus was illegally modified and collided with a truck, resulting in 22 deaths, including 19 children.

    On July 10, 2014, the school bus of Xiangtan kindergarten in Hunan Province overturned into the reservoir, killing all 11 people on board. At the time of the incident, the school bus driver had just been on duty for only a few days, and was not familiar with the school bus driving route, lacking the necessary school bus driving training.

    At present, the main problems of school bus with great social influence are as follows:

    ●The phenomenon of private use of school bus is frequent, which makes it difficult to manage the fleet;

    ●School bus does not meet the requirements, and uses a van as school bus, etc

    ●The government departments are not effective in supervision, and drivers are not trained;

    ●The school bus is seriously overloaded and the vehicle is not checked regularly;

    ●School bus is used arbitrarily, which brings bad social influence to the school;

    ●School bus drivers are prone to traffic accidents, such as illegal driving, sometimes speeding, sometimes fatigue driving.


    School bus 4G monitoring management system: a computer can manage the operation of hundreds of cars in the school. With the real-time monitoring and GPS positioning function of 4G monitoring system, it is convenient to know the situation inside and outside the car, the speed and the location of the car. Using the alarm function of MDVR can prevent the safety accidents caused by overspeed and fatigue driving behavior in the process of school bus driving. Add the student swipe IC card system, which can identify and record the specific time and place of each student getting on and off the bus, and send these information to the parents in real time through SMS or wechat, so that the parents of children can feel at ease.


    The whole scheme consists of three parts: student information registration subsystem, video monitoring subsystem and information broadcasting subsystem.

    The video monitoring subsystem is divided into three parts: vehicle video monitoring system, client software and monitoring management platform.

    The front terminal monitoring system also includes 4G MDVR, monitoring camera, monitor pickup, intercom speaker, LCD screen, etc. The monitoring platform includes a series of service groups, such as client monitoring software, mobile App,streaming media server, database server, application server, storage server, etc.

    The student information registration subsystem consists of two parts: system application software and card reader. Application software with the relevant hardware to achieve student information registration and management, generate reports and so on. The card reader is used to read the induction card, and store and display the card record, student card number, class name, school name, name, photo, parents' name, home address, etc.

    The information broadcasting subsystem mainly realizes three functions: sending short message, sending wechat, and querying and counting the report of students' IC card punching.

    When a student goes to school for the first time, he will get an IC card. The teacher of the school records the card number, student's name, photo, parents' mobile phone number, parents' email and so on to the information management platform through the student information registration system. Each time the student gets on and off the bus, swipe the IC card on the card reader. The card reader will read the ID number of the card immediately and display it on the small screen of the card reader. The driver or teacher can verify the student's identity through this information. The card reader will record the time, location, boarding and alighting signs of students at the same time, and send them to the central server through 4G network; the central server obtains the students' card swiping events sent by the card reader, queries the parents' mobile phone number in the database, and sends the clock out event to the students' parents; records and stores each student's clock out event. Parents of students can also query the information of students getting on and off the bus through IE or client access server.


    Terminal system in front of monitoring subsystem: when the vehicle is started, the MDVR will be started automatically. The camera extracts the video information inside and outside the vehicle, and the MDVR compresses and stores the audio and video. At the same time, through the 4G network, the driving state of the vehicle (including driving track, speed, steering, braking), real-time position, inside and outside video, working state of staff and some real-time scenes of emergencies are transmitted to the central server. Management Center personnel can browse the real-time video information and GPS location information transmitted through the access server.

    ②Driver electronic fingerprint authentication function:

    Through the electronic fingerprint reader installed on the school bus, when the driver gets on the bus, he needs to verify his driving identity through the fingerprint reader before starting the school bus. Only the driver with successful fingerprint comparison can drive the school bus normally. When the fingerprint authentication is not successful, the driver will not be able to drive the school bus to ensure the driving safety.

    ③Emergency linkage of emergency

    In case of emergency, the MDVR can record the relevant audio and video information in time through the camera installed inside and outside the vehicle, and send it to the monitoring platform center. The center personnel of the monitoring platform immediately make the traffic report at the scene of the accident, evacuation around the scene of the accident, emergency rescue and other measures.

    Location monitoring:

    The position information of GIS / GPS can be transmitted to the platform monitoring center in real time by MDVR. The platform monitoring center can display the correct vehicle location information. The accuracy of GPS can reach within 10 meters.

    ⑤ Alarm function:

    The MDVR has an alarm input interface, which can be connected to any conventional alarm equipment. When an alarm occurs, the alarm information is transmitted to the platform monitoring center. In the platform monitoring center, the sound alarm will be given immediately or the monitoring image window of the vehicle will be enlarged. Managers can immediately know the location and video information of the vehicle, and make a rapid response accordingly.

    ⑥Student swiping IC card:

    Students can also swipe students' IC cards through the human-computer interaction interface, and send the information of students getting on or off the bus to the platform monitoring center in time through the card reader. After receiving the information, the platform monitoring center will send the information of students getting on or off the bus to the designated parents' mobile phones. At the same time, parents can view the video of the vehicle in real time through the app software on the mobile phone to observe the children's riding situation.

    ⑦Video platform server and client

    The monitoring platform is mainly used for remote real-time viewing of vehicle status, audio and video information. It is divided into server and client. The server includes registration server and streaming media server.

    Registration server: check the online status of the equipment.

    Central server / streaming media server: it can provide audio / video data to multiple clients at the same time and configure vehicle information.

    Client (CMS): CMS is based on C / S architecture, through this software can realize remote real-time monitoring, remote operation, remote upgrade, alarm linkage, broadcast intercom, video and track playback and other functions.
